Bakers Cottage Cafe is able to support your restaurant, cafe or home with our range of baked goods. From Pies, Sausage Rolls, Slices, Cakes, Tarts, Family Pies and Tarts, Sandwiches, Salads and Custom Cakes we will definitely have what you need.
How will my my order get delivered?
Your pies will arrive in a foam box or cardboard in a refrigerated van.
Pies will be delivered fresh & cold or partly frozen only.
How can I order My Pies for Post?
Orders an be made by calling 0428466635 or calling your respective store. Online postal ordering will be available in the coming days.
When will my order be delivered?
At this stage, orders are dispatched 7 days weekly
Orders received by 11:59pm on Thursday will be expected same week delivery.
Pies are now delivered via Third-Party courier & Australia Post depending on your locations.
You will be sent an order confirmation, payment receipt and dispatch details via email so you can follow the progress of your order online.

How long can I keep my pies frozen?
Our award-winning pies are made fresh daily and they are best consumed within three months from production. We highly recommend that you place them in a complete sealed package/plastic bag to stay fresh for longer period.
How long will my pies stay fresh after defrosting?
Our pies are still delicious for up to three days after defrosting if kept in a refrigerator.
How should I heat up my pie?
For best results, we recommend thawing your frozen pies in the fridge overnight for consumption the next day.
When ready to heat, place your defrosted pie on a clean tray lined with baking paper.
Preheat to 180˚C.
Heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
We do not recommend microwave reheating as it won’t achieve the best result. However, if this is your only option, it is possible to reheat your award-winning pie in your microwave between 1 to 2 minutes.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of $50
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your online order has been submitted and paid, we are unable to cancel or amend it. Please choose carefully before completing your order

A secure online payment system is available and payment must be made online at the time you place your order. You can use your Visa or MasterCard, Amex, Google pay & Apple pay for payment.
What happens if my delivery doesn’t arrive as expected?

Our couriers are responsible for the delivery of your pies and they guarantee delivery within their available networks. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of any problems or delays. We will track your delivery status and give you an update about your order.
Your pies are freshly frozen before leaving our premise, and ready to defrost to their original quality.
Refund or replacement products will only be provided where evidence is available that the products received were not in a satisfactory condition
